PRIVACY POLICY

Disc Golf Republic ("we," "us") operates dgrepublic.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using the site, you agree to it.

What we collect. Information you provide — name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order details. We do not store full payment card numbers; payments are handled by our payment processor. We also collect basic technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar analytics) to run and improve the site.

How we use it. To process and ship your orders, provide customer support, send order and account communications, run our rewards program, prevent fraud, and improve the store. With your consent, we may send marketing emails — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser; disabling them may limit some features.

​

Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers who help us operate — our website platform (Wix), payment processor, shipping carriers, and email/analytics tools — and only as needed to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information. California residents can use the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link in our footer.

Sharing with HyzerHub. Disc Golf Republic, LLC is under common ownership with HyzerHub LLC, which operates the HyzerHub app and the HyzerPoints loyalty program. If you link your accounts or use the same verified email address, we may share information about your purchases (such as order and transaction details) with HyzerHub so it can operate its loyalty program and measure whether the app drives store activity. HyzerHub links this information to your HyzerHub account using your verified email, and its use of that information is governed by the HyzerHub Privacy Policy at hyzerhub.app/privacy. If you do not want this sharing, do not link the accounts or use the same verified email, or contact us.

 

Data retention and security. We keep information as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Your choices. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@dgrepublic.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Children. Our store is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

​

Changes. We may update this policy; the current version always lives on this page with the date above.

SHIPPING

​

Where we ship. Disc Golf Republic ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

​

Free shipping over $60. Orders of $60 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

​

How long it takes. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

​

Carriers and delivery. We ship primarily via USPS, and our system selects the best available route for your address at checkout. Most orders arrive within 2-6 business days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — once a package is with the carrier, transit time is outside our control.

​

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

​

Pre-orders. Some items are available for pre-order before they arrive in stock. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we ship the in-stock items first and send the pre-order items separately once they reach our warehouse.

​

If something goes wrong. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable window, or tracking has stalled, email info@dgrepublic.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and, if a package is genuinely lost, replace or refund it.

​

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship once you confirm the correct details. Reshipping costs may apply.

​

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

​

We want you throwing gear you love. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

​

Our 30-day return window. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it.

​

What we can accept. Because discs are performance equipment, condition matters. Discs must be unthrown and in original condition — no scuffs, dirt, tree marks, or ink. A disc that has been thrown, even once, cannot be resold and cannot be returned. Bags, baskets, and accessories must be unused and in original packaging. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

What we cannot accept. Gift cards; items returned more than 30 days after delivery; discs that have been thrown or marked; clearance, sale, and misprint items (final sale).

​

If something arrives damaged or wrong. That's on us, and the 30-day window doesn't apply. Email info@dgrepublic.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping both ways.

​

How to start a return. Email info@dgrepublic.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions.

​

Refunds. Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

​

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern your use of dgrepublic.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are. Disc Golf Republic, Arlington, Texas, United States. info@dgrepublic.com, 214-733-1165.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

​

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We work hard to keep the site accurate, but errors in price, description, or availability can occur. If we discover an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before processing it, and you may proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Stock shown on the site is our best information but is not a guarantee of availability.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We don't store your full card details.

​

Returns and shipping. Our returns policy and shipping policy above form part of these terms.

​

Rewards program. Disc Golf Republic operates a customer rewards program in which points are earned on purchases and redeemed against future orders on this store. Points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire or be adjusted with reasonable notice. We may modify or end the program at any time. Points obtained through error, abuse, or fraud may be removed.

​

Product descriptions. Disc flight numbers, weights, and plastic descriptions are supplied by manufacturers. Discs are hand-finished products, and small variation in weight, color, stamp alignment, and flight characteristics is normal and is not a defect. Misprints and factory seconds are sold as such.

​

Disclaimer of warranties. Products sold by Disc Golf Republic are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except for that manufacturer warranty and any warranty that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, the products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," and Disc Golf Republic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that this site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Assumption of risk. Disc golf is a physical activity, and discs are thrown objects that can cause serious injury or property damage. You are responsible for using our products safely, for assessing your own physical condition, and for being aware of your surroundings and of other people when throwing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of products purchased from us.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Disc Golf Republic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any product purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including any rights you may have under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disc Golf Republic and its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of our products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

​

Intellectual property. Site content, layout, and branding belong to Disc Golf Republic or our suppliers. Manufacturer names, disc mold names, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

​

Affiliation. Disc Golf Republic and HyzerHub are affiliated businesses under common ownership. Products offered through HyzerHub's shop are sold by Disc Golf Republic.

​

Disc Golf Republic, LLC is under common ownership with HyzerHub LLC. Rewards earned in the HyzerHub app may be redeemable for DG Republic merchandise, and links between the two services may include tracking parameters for attribution.

​

Governing law and venue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

​

Severability. If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

​

Changes. We may update these terms. The current version is always available at checkout and on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
